ending on a positive note
There are three cop cars parked outside my house late this Sunday evening. It could be a little upsetting to know the cops are searching a car 100 feet away. But it could also be reassuring that the police are doing their duty to enforce the law in my neighborhood. I'm trying to focus more on the latter point.

my daily discussion as i walk the streets of my neighborhood! I feel secure knowing there are so many police in my neighborhood, but what I really wish is that my neighborhood didn't need so many police. hmmm...
It's a catch-22. Or maybe it's not. I don't really even know what the phrase means.
